Freezerless fridge
Looking for a 2d fridge, simply with no freezer. We used to have i before we moved, but it was huge and thirty years one-time, then nosotros sold it. We knew we would need one, but have finally settled in
I would say something effectually 16 cubic feet inside. We do find nosotros miss it for storage of meals fabricated for the week, Costco runs and beer.
Whats a skillful make or model, Ive never had to shop for them before. Want to keep it under $thou as well
Cheers

I'm blowing both your metrics (size and price) merely I for one wouldn't buy annihilation merely a commercial fridge from now on.
I bought one of these:
Managed to snag it for $800 brand new.
Prices are usually higher than this though.
Do you non have anything else to do rather than fence with strangers on the cyberspace

Costco has all sorts of commercial refrigerators. Home Depot has tons of freezerless units likewise.
For $one thousand or less you're going to take to stick with non-commercial units, unless yous go with 2nd hand. Tons out there in restaurant supply shops.

Man... that True was like $1800 2 or 3 years agone.
Nevertheless worth it since they're bullet proof and have parts readily available to repair, but still.
Not for OP obviously with a $m budget. Even 2nd hand they're similar $1500-2000 depending.
They'd accept to probably get with a different brand if they want commercial.
Otherwise information technology'south residential crap.

But I have no commercial stuff in my kitchen, why do I need one for a secondary refrigerator in the garage? My last fridge was residential and I have no thought how old information technology was

I've never met a consumer fridge I've liked.
Full of plastic that breaks, shelves in weird positions, seals that don't actually seal, random stuff falls off, etc.
The interior of a commercial refrigerator is about as blank as you're going to get.
4 wire shelves and that'south it.
It holds a ton of weight compared to all my disrepair plastic in my old fridge.
Plus there'southward a *GASP* thermometer so yous actually know what temperature information technology is. AND! Information technology actually maintains said temperature.
My door defenseless on my fire extinguisher handle a couple days agone and was slightly ajar. The refrigerator maintained temp.
I stuff ane too many things on a shelf with a residential fridge and the thing is room temperature in an hr.
I don't need my refrigerator to exist smart. I need it to go on cool and hold stuff.
Information technology'southward definitely non for everyone, but I for 1 would never buy a consumer fridge or freezer ever again.
I missed having ice, but I bought an ice maker.
Information technology'southward even amend because at present my ice doesn't taste like freezer.
Do you non have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to exercise I'd probably be doing it.

Plant a Frididaire for $850, with about 16 cubic feet. Seems the be the normal cost on all the site. Costco has some, but they are minor at 8 or 11 cubic feet
